Nutrition Recommendations

First time grow here, very small scale (Just 2 seedlings bout an inch tall right now) I was wondering what you all would recommend as far as nutrition for this early stage? Or if they are too young for it what should I go with in preparation for the veg/grow cycle. Going to buy my CFL's today and Y splitters to be ready:mrgreen:

They are too young man; don't feed them anything yet. They should be good for about 3-4 weeks after they sprout.

If you are looking for nutrients I use Bio Vega for the veg cycle. I have also seen people using Fox Farms Grow Big, that shit works real well.

yea dont give them anything for a few weeks .. just water ... I use Fox Farms , But everyone has their own fav... good luck

Thank you both very very much!!! I am going to follow your recommendations and wait a few weeks. I am also going to get some of the Fox Farms stuff you mentioned. I will definately check out the Bio Vega also since I'm shopping right now. Bless you both for the help, I'd be lost in a sea of confusion if not for awesome people like yourselves!!! Again Blessings to you both!!!:peace:

What medium are you growing in? If you're growing in rockwool or hydroton I would recommend giving them a 25% nute solution after the first tap root appears out of the one inch cube... I have never had nute burn at that stage with that strength and they grow really fast for me... Soil I don't know about :P

One other quick tip, make sure that CFL is about two inches off the top of them, they'll love it and won't stretch at all, nice and bushy. A little fan blowing across them wouldn't be a bad idea either... while you're out and about collecting stuffs :)

Thanks Bud!!! Yep i'm using soil lol  I have my fan set up also. Just got back with my CFL's and I'm in total agreement, nice and bushy will be perfect for me because of my limited space. Thank ya much bro for the tip, blessins to ya!!!

The FF nutes do drop the pH a lot. Keep that in mind. my tap water is about 7.1 Add the FF nutes @ 2/3 strength drops it to 4.3.

But I had some water left over, and used in in the herb garden. The oregano that was kinda hurting looked AWESOME in just a couple days, lots of growth and new growth.

Hey guys, the lil ladies (I hope) are looking purty nice so far. I was hoping to pick your brains one more time in preparation for the flowering cycle. I am now doing a bit of homework as to my flowering nutes and was debating Tiger Bloom Vs. Fox Farms Big Bloom, it says to use Tiger Bloom with Big Bloom for best results. Since I am a student of the KISS (keep it simple stupid) school I was wondering if both are needed or would one be best. Tiger Bloom is 2-8-4 and the Big Bloom is .01-0.3-0.7 since you guys gave me such great info thought I'd go to the well of knowledge again;-):bigjoint:Heres a couple pics of the little ones now, 16 days into growth. Blessings to you my friends:peace:

I'd go with the Tiger Bloom if I had to choose just one. I think Big Bloom is more of a supplement to help out during the grow.
