nutrients problem .. help please

I need help please... i just started germinating some seeds i brought from green house seed company amsterdam

arjan haze#1, great white shark and cheese

i soaked them for 24 hours and now its been 12 hours in paper towel

my local hydro shop is recommending me of a product called Bio Roots made by General hydroponics. its a roots activator

is it a good idea to feed it with 2 drops per 1 liter at this stage?

I'm growing them in hydro setup after that

I don't feed seedlings with anything other than water (not too much) until the cotyledons start getter light green/yellow (usually after 2 weeks but can vary) then start with your nutes/additives.
