Nutrient Question

Ok i did a cfl grow a while back with just some cheap veg & bloom nutrient.Now on my second attempt i got some better stuff and was wondering if anyone has used this same nutrient before.It is a 2 part veg & 2 part bloom and on the bottle is says to put 5ml of A & 5ml of B in 1ltre of water.Now i have been doin this everytime i water for the last 3 weeks and was wondering if i up the dose and how much....thxs for any help.
