Nutrient Burn

hey guys
I use minimal nutrients, maybe 2-3ml per litre
growing in soil, autoflowers
LED lights, small grow tent, air circulation should be ok
indoor, using canna nutrients only

I think I splashed a little on the leaves when watering, but I dont think it was a lot

I was thinking its nutrient burn, but I have done the same amount of nutrients to another plant, and also splashed it a little bit
so I just wanted to check. Both are autos but one is sativa and one is indica

There are one or two leaves with yellow spots or etc too but its mainly happening to lower leaves

plant is about 3 weeks old

Ermm there well burnt no need for nutes tbh at 3 weeks

Adding nutrients to a soil grow before week 5 is about like shoving an 18 ounce steak down the throat of a newborn.

Different strains react differently to soils, nutes etc
