To me that doesn't look like nute burn so much as it looks like a crazy lockout from pH problems...look how the upper leaves are turning lighter green. FFOF is notorious for being a very acidic soil, what pH water do you feed them?

I really like the ffof but I too had a lot of issues learning how to start'em you can't use Miracle Gro ANYTHING I'll bet you used the MG perlite  I tried the same shit ;-) You don't wanna add perlite of any kind I use the sunshine mix 4 in the cups for 1 week then transplant to 1 gallon still use the SM4 but feed it sensi gro 500 ppms then water once then ffof after 2 weeks in Sunshine Mix 4 I'll second that you have a lock out cause from the mg perlite and seed starting dirt if it's in a 5 gallon pot of ffof once it get going it could grow out of it cause the roots will just be in the ffof there not much you can do but pray and hope the new growth stays looking good but I wouldn't do nothing else..... ps. use plain water with the ffof the first two watering then I'll feed my nutes at 800 ppms don't over do it

What are you even talking about? Miracle grow perlite has such little nutrient value added to it that it would hardly be a problem. Have you ever even looked at the npk ratio of it? It's minute, and won't cause lock out. Perlite by it's very nature has zero nutrient value, it's an inert soil conditioner. Miracle grow coats their perlite to actually add something of value to it other then aerating the soil..... Where do some of you guys come up with this shit? lol

Yes fans on them not heat issue. They started to burn before transplant. H2O ph is right at 7. Ph of soil is 6.6. I just don't know how this happened unless the mg seed starter had bad hot spots in the bottom or something. Should I flush???? What would be my best bet to save them? And I didn't use mg perlite.(like it matters)
