I use Foxfarm, but never used Maxsea before. I personally think that Foxfarms products are over rated and tend to cause more problems if used at max dose, so I usually use just half of what they say. I'm going to stop using Foxfarm after this year and go with something different. I've been using Foxfarm for 3 years now, so I gave them a shot at least. Good soil and Big Bloom, but the Tiger Bloom seems to be hit or miss with my Kush strains.
Is the Pacific Ocean better than the Atlantic? Or is the sunup better than the sundown? I don't know.
