filling out is a good thing sound like your plant is acting as if it were topped and seeking light sideways; if i were u I'd make that plant the fattest bush u can

I started feeding at about 2.5 weeks. like pacman said. start slowly. feed 1/2 the full dose on the back of your bottle (ex if it says 1tbsp per gal add 1/2 tbsp per gallon) for about 2-3 feedings. then you should be safe to increase to full dosing! I use a Feed, Water, Water, Feed Schedule. and one water includes 2-3 tbsp molasses for carboload! :)

depends on the brand. if its miracle grow I'd switch. use something like Fox Farm, TechnaFlora recipe for success starter kit (has everything you need), or advanced nutrients. should be able to find them at a grow/hydro shop if you have any in your area. if not buy them online. its worth it... as i've learned! :)

dont feed molasses until you start flowering. and be careful if you have any pest problems like bugs in your house before hand because they like molasses! :) i dont have any bug issues, but I know in some parts of the country they can be a problem!

I tend to start at 11cF at 2 weeks and move up 2 cF every 2 days till its reaches 28cF. And it does sound like ur using a flower nute which is not good for the veg that u need. Good luck
