Nutes N/P/K

Hey whatsup everybody? I have just got some schultz all purpose and bloom plus nutes and was wondering if anybody ever used this stuff before and any good results i just dont get the bloom it says 10-(54)-10 the all purpose is 20-30-20 what should i use for veg and when should i start to use any of this im starting from seed Thanks
