Nutes and timing

Sup ladies and gentlemen,

New to the forum so you gotta give a deep inhale/exhale for me one time thanks a lot. I'm starting from straight bagseed that looked good and came from a killer plant. (I know it doesn't matter but I wasn't gonna start with some seed/dirt. But I'm in germ phase doing an indoor grow with cfl's. I have 4 5500k 23w bulbs and 4 2700k 23w bulbs to start 1.) which combo should I use to get them to the veg stage 2.) when would it be a good time to add nutes and what mix. I currently have a 10-15-10 mircle-gro mix so would this be good in the veg or flower or both. 3.) I've heard that letting the water sit for a couple days vaps the chlorine is that true. I was gonna use 20 oz. purified water bottles to hold the water in and to make sure the water doesn't get stagnet I would shake the bottles everyday would that do????

dont feed it nutes yet, wait 2/3 weeks as the seed has enough food supply in the beginning. i think leaving the water stand for a while does let the chlorine evaporate but you can get things contaminating the water also (bugs etc) someone else will have to help u with the rest i'm afraid.

for veg you want more nitrogen the nutes you have would be better in the flowering period and someone els will be able to give some more input
