Ok I posted this in Newbie lounge also so i hope I dont get flamed for posting in two treads but I think this chart is pretty helpful. For what its worth.

Same thing mate! and yes, you can use it, but only for corrective measures if suffering an Mg def. Too much Mg will lock up other nutes.
