i have that organic choice bone meal by miracle grow. my question is could i possibly mix it in with my water so i dont have to dig in my soil every time i apply it? thanks in advance

No

The bone meal takes way to long to break down in water, to be of any immediate use.

not with water, but you could do something else - bonemeal tea
you need to ferment a mix of molasses/bone meal in water, this does take time to break down bone meal, but i had good luck in my 1st grow with it
