Nute Def.? or Burn?

Hey everyone, so after I originally thought this was Nute burn, I flushed the bucket and let the plant sit in reg RO water so it can have a nice drink. After about 5 days I now have the plant back in reg nutes 32.5 ml a and b, 5ml add 1 and 15ml add 2. So now the plant is at 585 ppm and 6.05 ph. The humidity is around 47% and temp at 73f. And its about half an hour after I placed the plant back in the bucket. We are in the middle of week 4 for flowering so Im worried that this low ppm might effect the potency or yield. Any thoughts? Also is this Nute burn? or a Def? and what would you guys do to help it along. Thanks for all the help guys!

this is a shot of the Jack Herrer finishing up its 3 gallons of RO water.

and these are a couple shots taken today. As I said, I cant tell whether or not this is a burn or def. But now Im leaning towards def. I did run ph and ppm tests on the left over RO water and it came back about 100ppm higher than it should have. Leading me to believe the plant might be letting some nutes go to balance out its supply. Any thoughts guys?

is this not the usual yellowing and leaves falling off u expect during flowering??? the colour balance in ur pics makes it pretty hard to get a decent look.

if u think its nute burn go on half nutes for a week see if the problem worsens. if ur ppm is up higher than it should be and ur using properly balanced nutes then a def. doesn't seem likely to me, but i haven't grown in hydro or coco, i've a basic understanding.

hope that helps somewhat

There are 2 other plants, diff strains but they are both doing fine especially at the canopy. Only the bottom leaves are yellowing and falling off, where as this plant only the tops are looking different. Ill take more pics tonight right after lights off so I can have some normal light in there during photos.

looks to me like burn. its hard to tell because of the color but look at the tips of the leaves. they turn yellow-orange when youre burning them. there also may be some deficiencies as well but i am not an expert on spotting which nutrient you may need. if you are 2 weeks or so away from harvest then stop using nutes all together.

you dont need to stop feeding them completely

check out the "i dont starve my plants before harvest" thread and make up your own mind

wish people would stop offering unproven advice

you dont need to prove opinions. if you like tasting your nutes when you smoke then fill em right up til harvest.

not after an argument, i pointed the guy somewhere he can make up his own mind, maybe you should go have a read before you splurt out more uneducated waffle.

oooo actually wheres that block button lol begone troll

Im about 3.5 weeks away from harvest, but I was hoping to have my ppms up higher like in the 1ks before I hit harvest. Thanks for the opinions, Ill be looking at that forum post in a bit. But i was thinking of going nuteless for about 1.5 weeks before harvest; im going to slowly increase nutes over the next 2 weeks.... hopefully hitting 1k.

edit: what do you guys think?

its funny how you can call someone a troll when you provoked an argument by calling my opinion "unproven advice" go smoke your chemicals homeboy i dont really care too much.

i would stay around 700-800 until week 7 then bump up to 1000-1200 or a bit more if you want. but it also depends on your strain and how long you want to flower if you plan on flushing.

Yes it will effect your grow! There are really only two ways it will effect the grow and it is quality and quantity~

Here's the ppm chart I'm using. I don't use all the additives cause of cost and it easy to burn your shit trying use'em. I do use the sensi 2 part and the medium bloom ppm's chart. I'm in ffof using advance nutes

I'm pretty sure the ppm's are the same no matter what brand or type of nutes your using!

i wish someone would end this "flush or not flush" argument once and for all. people cant even mention the word flush w/o getting attacked. im fukn sick of it

jus have to wait for everyone to do the experiment and see for themselves. i did. changed my mind about it. it'll happen to everyone eventually

So, no signs of brown algae or any kind of slime, there was a very thin layer of water surrounding the roots which kind of made it look like slime, turns out it was not slime, none stuck to my hands and was just liquid when I touched it. Now I'm lost and feeling a bit hopeless, gonna throw some bennies in there over the weekend and hopefully it picks up.

Looks like you need calmag but its hard to see with hps light on. may have a little bit of burn but not to bad. And don't flush until it stops budding when you see no more growth then flush. Don't cut it off from nutrients when its packing on weight. The last two weeks are when it gets the biggest.
