Nute burn? -pics-

Does this look like nute burn? they are less than two weeks old. There are a few brown spots. They are clawing, but claw tips on one are starting to turn up and yellow on the bigger leaves.

Also, what are signs of over watering and underwatering?

Any input is welcome

if they are not even 2 weeks old u shouldnt be givin them nutes anways
u should wait till they are like 3 1/2 4 weeks old before u start
and introduce them to the nutes too not the hole dose gradully move up on th dose so u dont get that burn.
over watering u can tell alot buy the plants drooping down
if anything when the top soil looks dry put ur finger like a inch down and if thats not moist then water it till u see a couple drops coming from the drain hole.
