Nute advice for new bubbleponic grower

Hi there, well i stole stealth hydro's idea and built my own bubbleponic system and out of a 5 gallon bucket,Air pump,And a 5 inch round bubble stone that Pushes quite alot of bubbles.
I made a grow chamber in my ckoset out of reflective insulation material and built a light fixture that holds 4 100 watt CFL bulbs.
Im goin out today to buy nutes for my plants (which i havent started yet) And would like sum advice on the best nute for Veg and Flowering stages.
Fox Farm Nutes Were recomended all around but 1 can not be to sure .

Please i caould use the advice.

everyone has there own prefences when it comes to nutes. i like the flora 3 part nutes. some dont! i guess just try some out and let your plants tell you what they like! peace out

Im a first timer... and my plants love General Hydro Flora. I have also been adding CalMag. From what I hear... lots of bubble guys add it as well.
If you are using CFL's to Veg... go to Lowes and get the 100W 6500K bulbs. $10.00 for a 4 pack. Your plants will love them.

I personally love the two part deutch master gold. It has nutes for both veg and flower and they're quite nice.

If you dont have a water pump and diffuser, that's dwc, not bubbleponics.

Looks good... you may want to cut a hole in the foam board for a fan. You will need some air circulation. Do you have flora grow as well as Micro and Bloom? Im a first time grower... and needed to add Calmag in addition to my GH nutes. Good Luck. I just posted some new pics... check em out.

If i may add one thing, get that aluminum foil out of there now, it will cause hot spots and burn your plant. Go to walmart and get a first aid kit that contains a mylar blanket or some white wraping paper.Othere thing is do you have a way to seal the top, and make shure its light proof, you dont want any light getting in there and messing up your cycle. Other than that looks real good and good luck with it.

Curious if u chose ur nutes yet? If not id actually suggest getting some botanicaire pro series nutes to beging with.. I dunno why but the roots seem to like to dwell in them on a regular basis..Ive tried a few of the expensive brands just starting out with mixed results actually burned um up with the synthetics..
Pro is organic and as long as u have ur ph steady at or around 5.8 i can guarantee u jungles in no time..
If u already chose ur nutes cool too.. Either way staying tuned.

Thanks alot man .. Um yeah i bought nutes ... GH General Hydroponics Flora Micro And Flora Bloom, Herd you dont need Flora gro so i didnt bother.
As a matter of fact im not so sure on when i should start adding nutes,And how far my light should be from my plantright now i have it 1ft1in i think it should be closer.its actually starting to move alot.

3-4 inches id say until they get thier first set of leaves and start moving them an inch closer each day.Should keep them nice and squatty.
Keep ur ph around 5.8.
When ur roots hit the water bump ur ppm to 500 and see how they react.If good u can begin feeding more and upping the dose after a few days.

the aluminum foil is a bad idea. It will cause heat spots and it is a very poor reflector compared to white paint.

I use the GH 3 part, florablend and Cal Mag plus (noticed Mg deficiency 2 weeks into grow)in my DWC bucket system during veg. Then I add GH floralicious bloom, florablend, koolbloom when I switch to flower. Seems to work pretty good. Also, A couple of things about your bucket. First, I would wrap the thing in duct tape, then wrap it with foil tape. I noticed anywhere from a 3 - 5 degree temp drop in the res after adding the foil tape, so it does help. Second, you are going to want to add another barbed fitting and attach it to your lid. this way you can recirculate your res without having to drain the entire thing. I do this to both the plant res and the main res daily. I can't say that it helps, but I know it doesn't hurt. You also might consider adding a ball valve to the bottom of your bucket, then putting the barbed fitting into it and adding a res level indicator. Once the plant gets going, they drink a lot of water. i am attaching a couple of pics. first one shows the main res with level indicator and barbed fitting attached to lid. Second pic shows how the two res are connected. the extra ball valve is so I can isolate each res and then hook it to a pump. Let me know if you have any questions.
