ok, no pics sorry dudes and gals, but i have 16 vegative seedlings at about 3 weeks and they are flourishing with no nutes xcept for the soils nuts.....nice green leaf, and lower leaf is turning yellowish, but there are 3-4 nodes on plants at 4-5" tall. whats the dilly yo? 400 hps temp is 80!!!!!!!!!!!

try an lower the temp to like 76-78. and mabey top them. JMO
lol, just topped them all i have 13 bagseed, and 1 big bud and one thai and one bagseed from another bag.....all the bagseed are topped...the big bud and thai are not, cant lower temps anymore unless you wanna let me borrow 400 $, lol, its ganna stay 79-84 max

Is the hps the only light you have? This could be why the temps are high and lack of growth. I use an 400 watt hps for flowering and a mh for vegging. I would also say time for 1/4 strength nutes too. :mrgreen::peace:

lower branches yellowing could be a N deficiency, I would try to up the veg nutes a bit and see if that works. Yellowing of the lower branches would be a light burn that would happen to your tops first. More than likely its a temporary problem that will clear up with a bit of care and attention, just keep a close watch and don't freak out and over fertilize or over/under water them. Less is usually more in these situations. Good luck with the rest of your grow.

thanks for the reply, i do have some yellowing on lower leaf...but the tops are very green....some seem to be sagging down a little, so tonight i will make a batch of some fish emulsions 5-1-1, and some tiger bloom, ff, at 2-8-4, i will make the solution 1/4 or so strength, and ph test b4 watering. thanks

on a budget, old lady would flip if i baught a mh just for veg tho, but thanks for the advice.
