Look at the statistics on states that have passed mmj laws through the legislature on their own. You will not find a republican controlled legislature that has passed mmj legislation in any of the medical states. On top of that, the only states that have fought mmj voter initiatives tooth and nail have been republican controlled state legislatures. It's obviously a big part of their agenda and the statistics speak for themselves. Just a little food for thought my friend. BTW, I'm certainly not labeling all republicans as mmj prohibitionists nor would I label all democrats as mmj saviors - that would just be foolish. There just seems to be a predominant disposition in the republican party to continue the reefer madness nonsense.
