Yesterday when i was sorting my closet out my rail fell down and knocked a few leaves off. will this damage my flowering baby?

ive dropped my ballast on my plants before... causing vertical breaks that are a few inches long.. and my girls pulled through... a few leaves wont cause any harm...

I done some thing like that when she was only 9inch tall snapped main stem , sorted her out with a cocktail stick n a skin ! Worked a treat made it thick n healthy , just did not know what would happen because she is on day 14 of flowering
