Not sure what this is

Hey guys, I'm hoping one of you can help me with this,
I think it's a manganese deficiency, but I'm not sure.
It's one plant, newer leaves only, growing indoors in soil. I bottom water every two or three days, and the top couple of centimeters of soil are dry when I do. She's now in her fifth week of flowering with a couple of pistils starting to change colour.
This is the first time I've had this problem, I'm hoping it hasn't wrecked this harvest.
Thanks

I see some clawing and curling. Are you in soil? If your only bottom watering you could have some salt build up. What nutes? Could be high P lockout or N tox. I would top water at 1.0ec nutes with lots of run off to drain. Also check the backs of the leaves for mights.

I would consider using a little PK booster. Week 5 is right about the time it shows on some of my strains. You ever grown this one b4? Don't know where your at, but I use Alaska Moorbloom from Home Depot. Really acidic, you want to pH it.

Yeah, it's organic soil. There was a nitrogen toxicity, I flushed for a bit, and the new leaves stopped curling, but the clawing never quite went away. The issue with the new leaves showed up after I flushed.
I never used nutes until this showed up, although I did top water with plain water a few times to avoid any sort of buildup in the soil.
The nute I used after this showed up is 3-6-12, and didn't seem to cause any problems, but clearly didn't fix anything. I only gave her 1 half strength dose, but the deficiency has spread since.
There aren't any mites, or other insects.
I did add mycorrhizae, don't see how that could affect it in any bad way though.

Thanks, but I'm a little wary of adding anything else before I figure out what's going on. Don't want to be one of those guys who panics and starts throwing nutes at a plant that already has a toxicity issue. I'll keep that in mind though, I'll probably get some for my next sativa dominant run. My indica is doing great in the same type of soil, but she's not flowering yet.
