Not showing Gender at 6 week's?

Hey all.

I do not know my strain as Iam growing from bag seed and using my window as a light source. I know it's not optimal but I'm doing the best with what i have. I am just doing this to learn for now, and I seem to be doing pretty well seeing how I'm using soil I dug up from a spot we had a wild female cannabis plant just grow out of no where and yielded 32 grams of mid grade bud. So I don't know the ph of my soil but it should be fine seeing how well one grew outside last summer. I planted two, and the large one grew twice as tall and twice as fast so I thought it had to be a male, but it's showing no signs of gender. Just yesterday pistils emerged from the small one confirming it's a girl but I don't get what gives with the big one. It sure looks like the female in the center, but no pistils yet. Has anyone ever seen this happen?. Any suggestions?

I'm afraid that if I sperate them I could damage them both and kill them. How could I safely separate them? . I was planning on one or both of them being male because it was bag seed so I was planning on yanking at least one anyway. But now it's looking like they both might be female. And I'd rather one choke out the other and live rather then risking both if

Take your chances I guess.

Why not grow them together anyway? Because there won't be enough nutrients? Or one gets more light? What's the reason exactly?

This is so crazy and I have talked to growers saying this is really strange. The smaller one actually germinated 3 days before the larger one. And the larger one just shot out of the ground like a bullet and passed up the other. I do have a lot of knowledge on growing through research but I don't have experience this is my first grow. I don't understand how their doing so well but are acting strange like nothing I can find anyone that's seen this happen. Why the hell are they growing so weird.

Stunted means they are stuck at a height and barely growth while the plant is in veg. you need to pot them into bigger pots or they wont grow very good and 5-6 months of plant will be 0.1 gram, it happens, if you can transplant them by tapping the sides lightly and pushing them out from the bottom you can slowly seperate them, I had 2 seedlings like that, I slowly shook them apart and transplanted them, make sure you dig a hole into your soil mix in your pot or whatever your medium is, then slowly lower the plant into its hole then cover it up with dirt so the roots are exposed. Make sure you prepare the pots the day before and soak the hell outta the pots your transplanting into so you can absorb the shock, Ive got it down to a fine art where to I see growth the next daybongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmilie
I hope I helped man

Thank you. I think your right. I actually just moved them from a 20 oz cup to a 2 litter bottle 2 weeks ago. I planned it all out. I cut the cup down the side and bottom with scissors and tried to drop them down into the new pot with dirt, and the whole thing fell apart in my hands and they fell out side ways but the two of them managed to stay in a small clump I held with my hands. I stood them up and replanted them. I was horrified I had killed them. I thought they were gonna die for sure. But I pulled them from the light and gave them a litte warm water. They were drooped for a good 8 hours but amazingly they perked up the next morning and started growing. So maybe they could survive a separation I'm just still a litte shook over the last transplant. I know I should have put them in something bigger butI lliterally dont have a penny to spend, and I really don't want them to get very big anyway cause I'm growing them in my window.

2 liter bottle LOL.

Get a bunch of small pots for seedlings. Throw them under a T5 setup. Pick out the strongest ones. Throw them under a MH light for veg phase, prune, LST, or SOG.

Then flip to HPS...

Growing weed in a window, placed in coke cans with miracle grow is going to produce nothing.

Good luck!

P.S. Do your parents know you are growing cannabis in their home?

Like I said I'm just growing to experiment for my personal learning for when I am ready to purchase some seriouse equipment. I'd rather make my mistakes in coke cans before moving on to more serious growing. But nice comment about miracle grow. If you had read my original post you would have read where I got my soil. You're so eager to be insulting you really made yourself look ignorant and stupid. And yes your mother knows I'm growing in her bedroom. Thanks.
