Not pro here. I need help with light. Which

Hello everyone. I am growing cannabis for 1 year it has been only 3 plants till now. I grow them indoor i have a light 90w led. My question is indoor led lights not bad for growing but for my new plants i use my balcony both of them are 1 month old. They get direct sunlight everyday till 11am to 4pm and i am in somewhere in middleeast sunlight is strong but other times sun is not directly hitting the plants. Which is right choice this balcony thing or 18 hr led light?

The balcony thing is only 5 hrs of light? You would want a solid 18-6 schedule. What do you do with plants once they've had their 5 hours of sun?

A 90 watt led is not much light at all. I'd put them in the sun for the five hours a day if you can. It's a hassle but if your able to move them back and forth that's what I'd do. Best thing would be to get more light if you can.

After the 5 hours of sun are they getting indirect light? 5 hours of direct sunlight then indirect light would do em better than the ufo

Yes they get indirect sunlight bw apartments in other times but i can’t be sure altough i studied biology. I wish i had a device that i can measure total light exposure somehow. Bc sun emits light in all spectrum in 5 hours and i don’t know the strenght of indirect sunlight when i compared to violet led. I am planing to use free apps of iphone that says that can measure light paramethers i will try tomorrow.

they just stay in balcony sun is not hitting them directly but still it is daytime with zero cloud in air.
