not potent whats wrong?

I'v switched it to 12/12 after it showed some hairs on 6th of january and it in 10th week of flowering. couple days ago tasted it and got nothing at all. quick dried it smoked. trices look like 80-90% are cloudy with little to no amber 1-2 amber trics. I was expecting something out of it buds look good nice crystals and stuff but not potent, is it mainly genetics fault or did I fcked it up?
it's hard for me to believe that all the potency come in last 2 weeks. some grower taled me he w8ted for 12 weeks and than cured it and curing improved it so any ideas?

potency i think it is affected mostly by genetics and lights and off course deficiencies...
Does it smell??? i cut a bud off my cheese auto 1 week ago and i got pretty high and she had a lot of white hairs....now she is pretty much orange but ill let her two more weeks... the thing is that mine doesnt smell like THAT bad...or either im smoking too much in my room and im used to weed smell... but if i rub my fingers on my bud it smells like toxic or melted plastic...BUT she is facking salty and looks healthy as fack...
Just buy a HPS and use the cfls for the first stages of the plants life..

If you quick dried it in an oven or microwave you can burn off the THC?

yeah but its supposed to not burn it....i ve quick dried weed several times...i just put the microwave to lowest temp and just do it for 5 seconds and check....when the bud starts to get like sweaty to the touch...the i put it on some light air circulation and in about an hour its pretty much ready to smoke it...or sometimes it takes one more time....its better to wait than waste...

it also depends on the light of the lamp...if those cfls are like 6100kelvin then they may be the cause of the "not potent weed"

I got pretty good at it too. But that plant is immature still and it's possible. It doesn't work right all the time in my experience.

I have tried an early off the plant bud and been disappointed only to be happy later. And sometimes the early bud dried great and got us real high.

i cant wait to harvest my cheese auto....can you tell me why none of my flowering plants doesnt really seem to smell too much...
They are in my closet under 600 watt and my cheese is like fatty as fack and salty and stuff but it smells just different...not like the good skunky smells i can buy...

clfs are 2700 total of 250w and 1 50w 3000k floodlight. plant smells a bit, when I dried it in stove it smelled really good, it's really sticky but not potent.
I'm curious how much will it gain in 2 weeks. i don't think 2 weeks enaught for potency gain

1 week ago i tried it...and two weeks more its actually three weeks after i tried it...I am nowhere near like some serious grower...i am pretty much amateur but i look my plants daily and they seem to change vigorously each day especially the cheese...she gets fatter and fatter and saltier EACH day...

And your lights should not be the problem....
Did you use nutrients?

used local nutrients, for flowering 11-35-11 npk and from now on I'm cutting it off. it had some problems with nuts and overwatering that probably slowed it down but now it's okay and let them grow for next two weeks after that I'm getting over with it if there was no potency gain.
interested in other growers ideas.
also 1 important aspact this seeds are from previusly grown white skunk which produced seeds maybe it was hermie I donnow but it's not from seedbank. original plant was very potent and thats why I grew it's seeds, is it possible to fck up genetics so bad to lose potency? buds look okay with lot's of cristals

I've had weed that looked and smelled great (like cheese on the outside and lemongrass on the inside) but had no ass. Had to hit it too many times, and it made me feel clumsy.

I think it's how it was cured or lack there of. And if you fed the plant properly during flower. And relative humidity and ph and and and...genetics.

My guess is the stove dry. From the rest of the descriptions you gave, you should be ok. So I recommend a proper dry and cure. I usually cure for 6 weeks before I even worry about it, plus it will last in storage for up 2-3 years. And the flavor is best at weeks 12-80 lol.

Its going to be like that if you dried it in less than 3 days , i do 6/10 day hang dry then jar them for a month , never quick dry you lose alot of the yeild and and potency and it will tast like grass do a proper dry and cure on a sigle branch to test it and you will be satisfied

It's just the pheno brother it's got or miss that's why pheno hunting to properly breed takes so long to stabalise I've grown many phenos I thought would be Stellar and disappointed but also you need to properly slow dry and jar cure for 3 weeks and that could bring out some better taste and smoke for sure I hope it works out if not on to the next man it's my fav part of growing is finding that one gem then you clone your gem

Also I don't grow autos so I don't have exp w autos trial and error is the best teacher
