over watered for days! let it dry out completely. drill some holes in the bottom of your pot for drainage. when you re pot using about 1/4 pot perlite and then mix it up. as is, you will probably water maybe once a week.

KISS! From me to you. Bigger container, better medium, your lights are fine for now. No nutrients, no nutrients, no nutrients for the first 3 weeks minimum! Repeated so it soaks in.
Do NOT overwater - the #1 killer of all plants "cared for" by man. The rule for newbies is feed, water, water. Let dry sufficiently between waterings. Then 1/4 strength nutes the first times (note the plural). CFL down close but watch for leaf burn if too close. If they burn a little then back off a little. If a lot then . . ..
Fans are a must. A must. They should be part of a bundle required for new growers. See my sig for my advice.
While I'm at it - newbies - stick with letting the fucking bitch grow. No topping, no LST, no supercropping. Learn the plant. Next time do something different but the first time just grow it, watch it and learn from it.

Good rule of thumb (pun intended) is to take your finger (or thumb) and put it into your soil and if it's dry at around the 1" (one inch) level, give it some water. I do this with my soil girls (and veggies in the garden) all the time. I also normally water once every 3rd day...
