i seen some huge plants b4 with stocks 12" around and yes she will die after you take the buds off.. all tho i know one grower that doesnt like starting over with new clones everytime so he flowers his plants strips off all the top buds and then puts back into veg.. he flowers the same plant 2 times indoors and then moves outdoors for its final bud cycle

The tree will die regardless..it's not an anual. It preserves itself by producing seeds(if pollinated) during the flower phase and releases them when the life cycle is complete.

It is an annual. A perennial doesn't die every year. I think that's what you meant though ;)

A cannabis plant however, if grown indoors, can live for years. It just needs a constant veg cycle, or to be re-vegitated after harvest. If the soil is kept properly the plant will not die and continue to grow in your closet until you decide to let it autumn off and die, or to cut it down. However this generally isn't done with such tall plants.

like you said Monkeybones.. how is it gonna die if your growing indoor?? all you need to do is turn the lights back to 18+ hrs!!! and right you would not do that with a tree

Yes indeed..I reversed the two. A plant that is annual completes it's life cycle in a year, thanks for the correction!
