ok so im trying to make cannabutter with an 8th of homegrown (grinded buds not leaf material) and i saw that u use one stick of butter for an 8th ..ok question s im not great cooker but can follow directions good ima be using the pot on top of another pot method..i just have 2 simple questions ...will i need to add water on the top pot with the butter and weed? and second one is how long does it take before butter starts burning?cuz from what i seen ppl leave the butter simmering for 1-3 hours since its my first time i wanna make sure everything goes smooth
