northern lights!!!!

Hi guys not sure if this is the right thread for this but here go's.

i am doing my first ever grow indoors under a 400w hps bulb with air cooled reflector, i started germinating my seeds using the paper towel method but this didn't seam to work so decided to soak them and they seamed to be a bit better so i planted them in the soil (bio-biz all mix) and they will now be going on there 4th day and i still don't see anything from them im keeping my soil nice and moist but its temp im worried about as it don't rise higher than 20.2 Centigrade at max temp and 19.6 min temp should i be worried or can anyone offer any help and advice

it would be much appreciated as i really want to do well

I have had the best results when I planted the seeds in a solo cup of seed compost and kept them dark and warm in a heated propagator with a cover, but as soon as they appear, I move them under a 400W veg hid to keep them from starting to stretch.

You said you been keeping them nice and moist, if you soaked the soil before you planted the seed then thats plenty, it will have enough moisture to sprout. It kind of sounds like your drowning the seed, ive made that same mistake before. its best to just leave it alone. I came into this thread because i just harvested 2 northern light autos.
