Here's my Northern I've been working on if there's any interest in the strain/breeder.
Under the same setup as my Candy Cane.
Soil, under 300watt no name LEDDSC_0018 (2).jpg

Will update periodically

Cheers.

PS, she was just fed, as I noticed her stems going red like my Candy cane, who was super hungry for phosphorus. Buncha pigs if ya ask me.

Bit older now. Coming along nicely even though I'm doing things a little unconventional in the name of science with her.

Curled down leaves are from rapid growth sideways into the pot .. bent my leaves. Not nitrogen :P

I have a galaxyhydro 300w i have never tried to flower under. I am watching interested to see outcome.
Mines called Hollandstar. I'm curious also as how this and my Candy Cane both flower under it. I just updated pics for Candy Cane and its further along under the LED. http://rollitup.org/t/candy-cane-auto-from-crop-king-seeds.887224/
So far they grow like champs in veg under it.

$170 for the LED, and around $10-14 in hydro a month, and our rates are pretty high. I'm definitely down if results are fairly good! Will even consider a second one.

Just ordered a sweet grow tent, some Cal/Mag and a bunch of Advanced nutrient stuff. Hopefully it all arrives in the next week or so and help these girls along!

Ok so I got the Cal/Mag, giving her 1/2 str per watering and have been feeding her 1/4 recommended str nutes. She demanded it, not my fault. What is my fault though, is all I have, and have been giving both of my plants, is some stuff that is 10-52-10. Not exactly the best for veg state. All I got, so whatev...
So far so good keeping her low and tight for the space I have.

Anyways here she is, sorry for the blurple but I was in a hurry. I generally only bring em out for watering.
Stay tuned.IMG_20151031_230725.jpg IMG_20151031_230703.jpg

Ok, good news for her. Albeit a little late maybe. I got her some 20-20-20 general veg food.
Thing is, she won't need it for very long. She's starting to show some pistols mmmhmmm!
I'll most likely start her on half dose next water and most likely start lowering her from the light so she can stretch out a little.
She'll have ample room this Friday, and if anyone is interested, swing around Friday and you'll see why!

Cheers!

LouisB - Same seedbank or someone other? Shes still about a month and a half or more still to go for me.

Ok, so it's Friday, and I have a treat for the little ladies. No more Trailer park boys tinfoil bs setup in some tight ass space. The 4x4x6.5 is here. Enjoy. Big one is of course the candy cane and the lil gal is the Northern lights.

Ok, finally an update. Northern lights has started to push her way up in height and is in first week flower I do believe. She had some def with Phos clearly, like my first plant around this age. Seems around this time when they transition to first week of flower they start demanding the phosphorus badly. I will admit though, she hasn't been very fussy during her grow, and even though she's showing phos def, she still didn't take it to the extreme crazy train, like my candy cane.

So on that note, now feeding her full str 10-52-10, full str bud ignitor and half str cal/mag.

Heres some glory shots from tonight.
Cheers

Another update.

Man this plant is on auto mode for sure .. I have barely done anything with her and she demands very little also. Quite frankly, I feel bad because I kinda ignore her now.

The other issue I'm having, is my other plant is taking up most the damn light, and this one is getting only 1/3 of it I'd say. Grrr, working on rectifying this.

Same nutes as last time.

Update.

Ok, I'm still struggling with light. She is still only getting 1/3 the light as I'm focusing it mostly on my Candy cane as you will see from one of the pictures.

I ended up ordering 2 more of the same lights to bring me up to 900w (450w actual) LED
That should fill the rest of the 4x4 tent easily and rectify this issue. Except it prob won't arrive till late DEC or in the new year.

Second issue, because I'm trying to squeeze them in together so much, they leaves are getting twisted, mangled and just weird stuff as they are fighting eachother for light.

Third issue, my Northern is getting bigger than the candy cane....with less light, and is increasingly stretching every part of her to get more. I can barely fit her between doors. Shame on me.

Yes. I'm using one 300w for both plants actually. (150w actual as its Chinese LED)

Still tho, not too bad for a lil smoke.
The budding plants gets 2/3 the light and the northern only getting 1/3. I do have them in a tent so some of the light reflects from the mylar walls so maybe thats helping
