Northern California house burnt down. plants someone survived help

So I live in California and my plants somewhat survived the carr fire. incredibly intense Heat. They are severely damaged. To top it off, we were evacuated for two weeks so they got no water. Poor things!! I need advice PLEASE. One is miraculously starting to Bud. what can I give these babies to help them from this horrible incident.

Feed well but do not overwater!
