Northern California+Current Season+Bagseed?

High, I'm in Northern California. I know itz not outdoor growing season now, but I just germinated bout 5 bagseed(all sprouted). I plan on keeping them on my balcony outside. Is this just a big waste of time due to the current season????????? thanks

if you care for them right it doesnt have to! since we are in winter the sun will only really give 12 hrs of daylight, so bring your plants inside and put em in a dark place every night. they will begin to flower automatically because of the ammt of light. it will be too cold anyway. its hard work but it pays off.

no thats not right, you need to give them extra light hours at first. because 12/12 lighting will cause immediate flowering. its sortof a waste of time because the outdoor lighting wont be right when you would want to flower. but its definately worth a shot
