this all started about a year ago with this guy named donnie from monroe, la.. he had lived in california for a number of years and felt strongly about bringing us the same rights that other states enjoyed... the first norml louisiana benfit was in lafayette, la on 4/20/2010... please go to this site and get involved... this state needs it...
