no i just said, the medical age limit is 18, which I AM, but there saying this new bill will make it so recreational users can buy at 21....im wondering if this will if it will have any effect on me...a medical patient

hell fuckin yeah I just want to be able to grow my pot without worrying about people stealing it haha. if this gets enacted that will definitely lower the amount of thieves as people will be able to get it whenever they want.

So im not really in the know when it comes to the state law process. What is the road that lies ahead of this bill? What all does it have to pass through to become law and what kind of time frame? Also will it come down to the voters of cali to pass it in the end?
