Looks a little stretched but color looks good. Should be getting a second set of leafs soon

Should I lower my lights (cfls)? I saw the stretch day before last and lowered the light to about 10" away should it be lower?

Yes, definitely lower your light. CFL lights need to be 1"-3" from the leaf surface, depending on ventilation. More fans/airflow aimed on your canopy means you can put the lights closer without risking burned leaf.

Your plants are as good as dead if you don't take immediate action. You need to watch them constantly. Sleep next to them tonight. Set an alarm clock and get up every half hour to check on them. No longer than a half hour or they'll die for sure. Call in sick tomorrow, so you can be with them all day. Call your local grow shop and have them deliver a bottle of every nute they sell. Call Publix and have them deliver at least 50 gallons of Evian. Nothing else is good enough. pH each bottle separately at least 3 times. Water them one teaspoon at a time, checking with a moisture meter after each spoonful. Don't you dare touch any part of the plant, it will kill it for sure. You must watch your plants every second or something horrible might happen. Ask any experienced grower and they will tell you everything I just said is gospel.

So back to the real world now...I just lowered the lights and I'm headed to the store tomorrow to get a pump to feed the RW and my first batch of R/O water assuming I can find a place that sells it. Thanks secondscollide.

Looks good, just replant it up to where the stem is brown/purplish and not where it still looks like it came out of the seed whitish/green

Ok just replanted deeper and im off to the races. No more cloudy water, bout 200 ppm of nutes, lowered lights. Let's see if this works.
