Wanted to see everyones take on plucking fan leaves two weeks before harvest. Good idea or one for MythBusters?!

ok thanks guys. i just seem to get split reviews on this. so if i did it 2 days before, you think the extra light helps in the long run?

Think of the fan leaves as power plants for your plant. Any that are still alive and functioning shouldn't be removed unless blocking bud sites. Even then i never fully remove them i only cut the blades back a little to allow light penetration. Basically if you can give a fan a little tug and it doesn't fall off, the plant still wants it there hehe

Dont remove leaves....even if they are "in the way" and you feel it is inhibiting bud production then tuck them bad boys somewhere. Like posted above said if they dont give away easily then that means the plant wants them there.

Removing all your fan leaves a few days before harvest will only stunt further growth. Tuck em and leave em.
