noob question about africain violet plus

so tonight on my adventure to the moon i started to think. what would happen if you feed some kinda of African violet food (purple plant) would it turn the plant purple?

i know the purple has to do with the plants genetics. but i have gdp x with fire and theres no purple in sight. would the food promote the color?
