What do yall think? should i transplant? i have a long tubaware bowl im using for when its ready. around how long should it have grown for til i move it? The longer pot is necessary because i plan on doing LST to max my yeild

Its been on 24/0 the whole 6 days.

keeping it about 3 inches away from the light. I plan on going 12/12 in another week or 2.

watering with tap water every other day.

Suggestions? ideas? opinions? comments?

Thanks, light up bongsmilie

IMO, I'd let your water sit for 24 hours before using it on your plant(s) that way the chemicals that are in normal tap water can dissipate. And the sooner you transplant the better. Make sure you wait til the soil is mostly dry and be gentle. Expect a liiiiittle stunted growth at first after the transplant.

So i put new lights in today, got 1 2700k and 1 6500k. both 23w = 200w total wattage.

Also transplanted from the red cup to my shorter, wider tubaware bucket. While i was transplanting, i ripped maybe 2 smaller roots off on accident. How bad is that? But it seems to be fine now, especially since i got the new lights. The roots were all the way down to the bottom of the cup, i loosened up the dirt around the roots and put it in some fresh dirt. Gave a tiny bit of water.

Im waiting for a growth spurt :blsmoke:

No pics right now, its late, but the plant itself doesn't look much different since the last pics. Just in a new pot, and new lights.

Here are some pics of my baby, there are like 4 leaf sets coming out the top. So i decided to try lsting a little bit.

The new lights make a huge difference. I got more growth in the last 12 hours than ever.

Got some nice leaf sets coming in finally. Looking like the new lights are definitely why its sprouting up.

This is SUPPOSED to be trainwreck...which is sativa dominant...this plant has a hellllla purple stem and is really short and the leaves are fat. Its less that 3 inches tall and growing its 5th leaf set. I really do not think its sativa. I got the seeds from a medicinal club...so can't really trust it 100%, but i would WAY rather have some indica, plus its going to fit in the PC case better as well.

Been on 24/0 since seed. doing LST as the stem gets longer. Stem starting gaining some nice strength from me adding the first paper clip to hold it down.

Sounds like a good idea, I can see the roots already at the bottom in this small tubaware container. Im going to look for another container tomorrow morning. Deep is what i need. Thanks for the input.

Little guy has grown alot since i put the last pictures up, probably another update tomorrow after i transplant.

Moved it into a bigger container. This should be plenty big enough. Been growing very fast. Watering whenever top of dirt is bone dry.

Update time. Plant looks beautiful as shes growin and growin. The last transfer was definitely needed, it needed the extra root space. There are little pistils already too, but no hairs or any distinct male or female. Still on 24 hour light.

Just thought yall would like to see some pics! Im using my laptop cam so it sucks, and the lights make it look like its a little yellow. But i can assure you that all the leaves are a nice healthy green.

Does it look like a sativa dominant trainwreck??? Not to me, looks more like a heavy indica by the looks of it.

Maybe 12/12 in 2 weeks. I want more growth length-wise, to lst.

Waken and baken. bongsmilie

I just noticed what looks like aphids on my little plant. 2 black things, i killed 1, other one flew off. There is also a little bit of yellowing where they have been feeding. and some black spots. not much but enough to worry me. What should i do?!?!?! i dont have much money and im not using any nutrients, i like all natural. i was thinking of getting some ladybugs. im doing this in a pc case mind you. thoughts??

Just moved my little one into the case and can see the difference in just 2days of being in there. My 250w cfl doesnt fit in my case so that was a waste of money lol so its undat a red 125w single cfl.

I think some people would agree that you would benefit from just 2x6500k bulbs during veg, and just 2x2700k bulbs during flower. most people who mix spectrum's have room for more lights and dont do a 1:1 ratio.

also sadly 200w means the incandescent equivalent, so just dont even pay attention to this number. actual wattage (23w in your case ), color (K) and Lumens are the important information about your bulbs. Lumens are not additive, 2000 lumens + 2000 lumens = 2000lumens, but more bulbs = better area saturation with those lumens (as CFLs do not penetrate very deep.

Your 23watt bulbs are probably ideal for your space though, i would just at the very least switch it to 2x2700k for flowering.
