Your old growth looks alright, maybe a little nitrogen deficient. The new growth looks burnt. I would guess some sort of lock out, either by ph, cal/mag def, too high ppm, or overwatering/underwatering. Need more info to dial it in. What is your feed ph? What is your ppm going in/out? Are you supplementing cal/mag? What is your water schedule, and how much? What nutes are you using?

When I transplanted a couple days ago this did start to occur. I always check my ph and have it around 6.5. I water maybe three times a week and I have only fed the plant foxfarm big bloom nutrition 2 maybe 3 times using 1/4 of the schedule feeding chart its whole life. I am not sure my ppm, I am not using any co2. How can I fix this, what do you recommend I do?

Thanks all for your input, I really appreciate the help

That's weird. It just appears to be rotting.....like you foliar fed just that one spot. I've had plants do similar things from over watering, but the rest of the plant looks very good.
