Whats the difference, what shipping should i choose?

This just a completely wild guess ok. Non signed means you have to sign for it and signed means you don't.

I'm sorry I have no idea about safety. If you have to be there to sign for it that might be inconvenient so non sign might be better.

I would set it up so I don't gotta sign anything. Just give them the address you want them to send it to and pick it up from there. Use a private delivery service and don't use government mail services.

which shipping option you choose depends on where the package is going.

do some more research on other people ordering in your area and the customs the package has to go thru.

an example would be if going thru new york customs chances are you only need regular shipping and no guarantee. but if going thru chi town then the guarantee and super stealth may be needed.

Guarantee and super stealth is what I would get. It's worth it if you don't get them..
