Oh 6.3 2 200w led. Scott's hyponex shitty dirt it's only happening to two of 5 plants and it seems like the marks are close to eachother on the separate plants may be a coincidence. Any info would be great

Is that a silver exhaust tube running through your plants? Sometimes 'hot spots' will generate where reflective materials are in contact with light. This could be why you see the issues in one spot on two different plants, while the others look ok. It's a plausible issue to look into. It may also be that your girls are running light on calcium. Signs of a deficiency in this element will occur a lot of times in the leaves that get the most light exposure, which may also be an issue, based on your pics. Maybe you can confirm the amount of calcium they've been getting via your feed / soil / water and go from there? Small, purposeful steps will get you there.
 
I agree with the Ca def. Either use a specific Ca/Mg supplement or something like Epsom salts.
