No true leaves

Hey so while I was out my plant was damaged by random unexpected rain and the true leaves were damaged before they had a chance to grow. They have wilted and fallen off, is my plant dead?

If it has no leaf’s then probably so but if you can post a pic it would help. It’s best to try to keep seedlings in a widow sill or some place safe for a little while till they can withstand the outdoors. But shit happens. If there is any nodes popping out or any leafs left at all then it may survive they are pretty strong plants.

will definitely post one when I get home, it still has its cotyledons.
