no purple color on my grape ape

im about 7 weeks into flowering and the hairs just started turning a nice bright orange a couples days ago and they have a nice sweet fruity smell. temps have been around 80 during the day and i have started flushing. no purple color yet though and i cant get the temp colder

you need to get it colder. my experience with purple strains is that about 64-73 is optimum, keep it at that temp through flowering and curing to keep the purp there

sometimes they start to change color during final ripening stage. how long you have left? got a pic?

Looking good... but next time take pics without the hps on, will give better pic quality, so either right before lights come on or right when they go off.

That way we can clearly see any color differential in the pics Still + rep for providing some Porn to look at...

Looks really good, maybe it's not really grape ape, or as lime said... temp issues.

Either way, It looks like you have a few weeks left and I'm sure your end product will not dissappoint, no matter the color...
