No Growth 4 Weeks Into Flowering?

Alright, on May 27 I put 2 females under flowering, one at 2 ft 8 inches, and the other at 2 ft 10 inches. Average grow room temperature is around 70-80 F, I fertilizer with schultz 10-15-10, once every 2 weeks. And since May 27 (Almost 4 weeks ago) each hasn't grown an inch. Is it normal for both plants to just bud up and not grow? Can I expect any growth?

there indicas they wont grow during the 12/12 light cycle. with indicas you must veg for about 5 weeks then do the 12/12 light cycle. try a sativa dominant strain next time. and you can flower straight away

Oh, so only sativas will double or triple in height after 12/12? Didn't know that. So if I grew an indica dominant to say 3 feet and put it under 12/12 it will stay at 3 feet throughout flowering?
