Hey guys,

So i am growing some unknown sativa-ish plant and had flipped the lights on 25th Nov. its over 6 weeks now but i dont see any crystals yet. There are lots n lots n lots of white hair and really thick colas but no crystals. Pics below.

I am using lucas formula with 2 x 50w led lights. plant growth has been really good and the stretch was crazy.. I have no space left in my cab.

So here are the pics.

That is as good as it is going to get, imho. Sure the plant will produce more as time goes on, but no one hit wonder will it be. Some strains just don't get the resin production that cup winners and og's get. If heat (air or water temps) ia an issue, you will see less resin production as well. I'd take the above advice and get some indica dom. strains or something.

Looks like a combination of one or more of the following:

- crap genetics
- too much N
- too much nutrients (burned tips)
- crap led light

And, on the last two pics it seems they revegged.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

This answer! Oh and they aren't that sativaish! (Say thank you because if they were you would be looking at around 16 more weeks of flower LOL)

Honestly you have a mixture of the three, to much N, not enough light and problematic genetics would be my ranking of your issues, but I'll defer to Sativied that man can rock a grow :)

One very important thing your grow looks good for what you have! You appear to have made the most of your limiting factors! So I think you are going to have some AMAZING grows in your future so do not feel bad at all! You will get something and the most important something isnt' the weed it's the knowledge.

what leds are you using ? 100 watts should be enough but what spectrum of lights is it?
that might be a contributing factor

Hey guys,

I guess some more info is required for a more detailed response.

So my grow box is already full. 2 of the biggest colas are already touching the led light panel, hence the bleached leaves. I mean in a 39" box she stands at 27" excluding the pot, so its kinda cramped.

I usually go for 1400ppm @ 6.3 ph but a couple of times it went up to 1600ppm so i guess that could be the burnt tips.

I dont feel there is too much nitrogen. My last grow (an indica) was "greener"

As for the lights these are 2700K led's. Cheap but colas are crazy thick so idk.

I think I'll let her be for another 4 weeks and then worry.

On the flip side the 2 clones i got from her are really short n dense. thanks to a lot and lot of training and topping and LSTing. I now count 34 tops total.Yea I know..WTF??!?!

All this grown under 4 23W cfl's inside a 23" x 17" x 17" box. Pics below. To maintain the short height i have been cutting both of them once every 2 weeks for the past 2 months. Once i reached the max height straight up i bent both of them at a 90 degree angle 1/3rd of the way from the base and left it there. What do you guys think

To be honest N doesnt look like a problem.. However Calcium def might be. Gave it a dose of espoma garden line. After a bit of reading turns out if you use RO water calcium def is a possibility. So since thats all I use i think this explains the spots.

There is also quite a bit of bleaching as you can see in the pics buds n leaves are "in your face" with the led lights. unfortunately cant do much about that as there is no more space. I have done all the bending and tying etc but thats it. she'll have to live with it.

So what do you guys think?

Looking these pics I cant help but to notice that. That's all. Plus the leaves are a dead give away. Well even indicas do this. I believe though with sativas its way more noticeable! Agree?
