No Buds YET?

Hey guys, could you guys help me figure this out... my plants just arent forming true buds/colas and it's the 5th week of flower! They have plenty of hairs but nothing else.

Stats:
600w HPS
200W CFL, + 150w florescent sub canopy lighting
5-gallon pots with coco-coir
Fox Farm line fertilizers

Here are some pics, I'm stumped and getting really worried I may not get anything from this crop. Thanks!

Naw I think I have that covered, it's a darkroom and that pretty light tight... but maybe a black sheet over it couldn't hurt...

Is your timer set correctly??? If its not 12/12, thats why. Heavy doses of N will also slow the flower process. Or as mentioned, a light leak may be causing it.

Nope, just turned off the lights and went in side, even at this time of day, no light leaks.... but I will get something to throw over it just in case

Nope, my mistake, you guys were right, pinhole leaks all over the place! Duct Taped the whole thing and placed a dark cloth over it. Also shielded the vents from light...

Will that revert them to bud growth?

It looks like the never entered the flowering stage, they are covered in preflowers. You should see the flowers start in no time.

I'm glad you figured out what it was. Hope all goes well from here on out.

I just noticed you have the flouros on the bottom of the cab. The plants are not using this light. It is just a waste of electricity. Get them mounted on the side of the cab so the plants can use the light. The plants don't absord light from the bottom of their leaves. That is why plants will turn their leaves away from the sun if it gets too hot or bright.

Ohhhh! I did not know that. I have some T5HO single tube fluorescent bulbs coming so I will def mount them on the sides. Thanks guys, after a day of TRUE darkness the smell just SKYROCKETED! They are def going into full flower. Again thanks!

Oh and I have a secret jardin grow room, but i just found out the newer production line doesn't have my issues.
