hey everyone at RIU.
Just want to say thanks to all who have help and for all those infamous DWC section which has been my bible...well this whole site is considered my bible...maybe thats sacrilegious but hey its just what i believe.
anyways heres my grow journal starting at a desperate plant needing some dwc tlc. i originally had her in MG soil (bigg f'n mistake) and then found this glorious thing called dwc.
when i forst started her it was at the beginning of december and found that the soil sucked ass and i needed to research more before i continued on. then after weeks of frustration from MG i found DWC and read it through and through. decided ill clean the roots drop her insome water and be good to go. then i started having more issues, because i used tap water. this dod not work even though my water here is 7.0 outta the tap but at 300ppm. then i discovered the water world where i could get 5gal RO water fore a few bucks each week. bought some nutes, Flora Nova Grow and Bloom nutes and have been feeding from their schedule ever since middle of january when i switched to dwc. it took her i would say a month to recover from the shit soil then to the tap water then finally to the clean RO water with premium nutes in it.ever since then she has been nothing but a glorious small bushy skunky thing since then.

so after all is said and done this is her life story in pictures along with the setup of my cabinet, oh and my ph and ppm are all right on target, 5.8ph and she loves the 750ppm range so im sticking to that for a while. anyways here you go.

just wondering if someone could offer some advice, should i trim the lower branches and just focus on the top or should i just keep her the way she is?

thanks tem very much appreciated. unfortunatly due to lack of funds (no rent money) and my gf(ex gf now) no longer wants to be with me, i am being forced to move back in with my folks and had to chop her down this morning. it was one of the hardest things ive had to do. to all and everyone at RIU thank you so much for all of your wisdom and comments. without this site my hobby would just be a mere dream. so thanks again. i will be back eventually once i can figure out how to grow either where im moving or until i find my own place again. thanks all

remember buy local not foreign, or like me, we'll all be out of jobs.
