I dont see signs of n toxicity but I.do see some very characteristic signs of heat stress. Maybe some undertones of too Much water as well.
Don't take my word for it alone though wait and.see what other people say then use us as leads and do research...see what you come up with.

Also the buds are very dry. I when i say dark green leaves i mean very dark green and shiny. And hard. Wtf. My temp with lights on is between 75 and 79. Ph 6.3. Advanced nutes. 1/2 strength. Feed water water.

Well, first that pic sucks to see color very well. Secondly, what is your light source? 3rd how far is the light from the plant, 4th what are your temps? 5th was there a reason why it was necessary to flush 2 times in one week?

Lmao. No im not growing in mg. Promix. 2 1000 watts. I flushed twice cuz it seemed to only get worse, after the, first, flush so i thought, maby i didnt do it good enuf. Plants are about 20 inch from light. I have never seen it this bad before and i have been growing for about 5 years. I wish you could see it in real life. Pictures dont do it justice.

Well, broh you got me stumped fer sure...light good, soil good, nutes good, ph good, experienced grower...

For the 1st time in natural history..a plant that does not want to be healthy and appears to be committing nutrient suicide! I would call High Times with this one!!! LOL!!

Seriously though...good luck.

N Tox will cause all bud formation to halt in some strains. Plant may be green and lush in parts and hand of doom in others.

Nitrogen Toxicity
Different strains react differently to nitrogen toxicity. Some plants get dark green leaves with no clawing. Some strains will get leaves that do the weird 90 degree bend at the tips, while other strains or individual plants start curling like claws and then turn yellow / brown and fall off like a deficiency. Yet these are all signs of too much nitrogen.

Hard Leaves
RootBound?

Or like BK was sayin..

I,was thinking root bound but just diddnt want to,accept it cuz its my own fault. I thought they would be good in 1 gal pots cuz i flipped them when they were 10 inches. Apperently blue dream grows alot when you move to flower lol.

Dude, really?? If I had known last night you had that plant in a 1 gallon container, the answer to your N Tox would have been a lot easier to determine.

Anyway, don't feel bad about making a newbie mistake after 5 years of growing. I also have quite a bit of experience and I over-fed the shit out of my current gurlz. we are all human and are apt to make a few dumb choices over the course of a lifetime.

I would not transplant a flowering plant...just me. But, another option may be to cut the bottom off your current container and place it in a larger container that holds more medium. again only IMHO.
