nitrogen problem's I need help

i have high nitrogen not sure why it is so high any one know how to lower it

Are your leaves crispy thick and dark green? Those are the signs of high N. I've had this personally too. Stop feeding for one, esp if you have signs of nute burn. Let the plant absorb the excess nitrogen from the soil. Switch to a mild bloom fert. with low N and med P and K. You don't want to over-do the P and K if your in veg maintaining ratios are important. But do not attempt to do anything too controlling these plants have a way of working themselves out.
