Ive noticed my plant starting to turn yellow on the lower part of my plant. Now i know this is suppose to happen in flowering but i think its happening a bit to early seeing as i have a sativa and the flowering period is 11weeks. Now i know that i need some kind of fertilizer with some nitrogen. I have Fox Farm Grow big will this work? and is so how much should i apply and should it replace the feeding with my flowering nutrients? Her next scheduled feeding date is monday.

Grow Big is more for the veg phase. You need to get Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom and mix the correct amount in your ph'd water. At full strength I'd use one tablespoon of big bloom, and two teaspoons of tiger bloom per gallon of water, you may want to start at half that dose so you don't burn her :leaf:

try epsom salts to counter a magnesium deficency. Probably not nitrogen if you are feeding. Check the ph of the soil ant the solution you water with.

If have been feeding it regularly with veg nutes before then it's definately possible its not an N problem.
what are you currently feeding? do you know the npk ratio?

time to switch to big bloom,i usually switch a week after starting 12/12,but then again 11 weeks is a long time
even still grow big is has nitrogen and its for veg and big bloom has the phosphorus for flower

the plant usually stops taking in nitrogen naturally as the light schedule changes,it switches its uptake to phosphorus

do you think i should add like a boost of Nitrogen to it. I have some miracle grow organic choice blood meal 16-0-0 mabye just a little bit to counteract the yellowing. I only have Grow big i dont have all three of them. im using Bio Canna for flowering. i switched to flowering nutrients about one week into flowering, i shouldve waited about another week or so.

I do agree. Mg def. epsom should do the trick. 1/4 teaspoon per gallon along with 1/4 nutes.
