Nitrogen levels High

Had a spike in nitrogen, doesn't seem to be out of control. It's fading color of leaves. straight water for last two waterings. When I noticed plants had slowed down and were very dark. One leave even burnt. Mid June in Canada, things are growing again. Wondering what damage I might have done here. What I can do to help plant pants back. Energy wise

The plant on the left doesn't look like it has any signs of excessive nitrogen; far from it.

The plant on the right looks deficient.
Little more information on that they were Undercover, on a heavy rain day. So that was not a great photo.. I believe they're coming around now . Just trying to draw out the last on one . Or both I want to make sure they're both great I will insert news pictures now. It's definitely a burn because I had new fan leaf from New Growth fry off the plant.. wondering how long I've damaged it for what kind of damage I've done

Sounds like you're suggesting that excess Nitrogen selectively burnt a single leaf and left the rest of the plant unscathed?

The plants in your last post look fine.

Excess Nitrogen would have affected the entire plant.
