nit. def. 4 weeks flowering

Like the title says i have a 4 foot plant that is budding excellent, the only concern i have is, when i recently check it almost every leave was dropped dead yellow, althought the buds still looked good. The question i had is will the buds still grow without any leaves?

The buds need leaves.

just give it large hit of nitrogen.

you need to continue to give it nitrogen even during flower

give it nitrogen two feedings in a row, then every other feeding after that and hopefully it'll green itself back up.

make sure your PH is correct as well

nitrogen = green = chlorophyl= horrible taste. the plant is supposed to be depleting itself of nitrogen as it ends its lifecycle. if you switched to a blooming nute you'll see it has little nitrogen.

at 4 weeks of flowering, depending on strain, you should see some yellowing. look at finishing plants on this site - some have no fan leaves left and are basically big colas. there are more experienced growers on this site, but personally i would get some more input before you add nitrogen to your mix. pics would help

Desertrat, since my leaves have been dieing off and nearly falling off does this mean my plant is going to have good taste?

They fall off daily and go from green to yellow in almost a day. All my fan leaves are yellowing off and im beginning to like it because it creates more light for my plant.

the key question is what stage of growth you;re at. if vegging, you've got a problem. if late in flowering, its natural. where are you at??

About 8 weeks into flowering but its been going on since about week 3 or 4.

Its not quite done yet, though. not even close, actually, ive been told.

i know that my plant isnt even close to being done at 4 weeks i just cant understand why every single leave is gone and its just buds!? should i harverst it as premature buds?

as long as the leaves on the buds are green and the pistil and trichomes haven;t changed, you should let it keep going.
