Nirvana-Shop Co. Question

I was taking a look of their site and saw that on the home page it says the following:

"Fake Company (nirvanaseeds.com) steals the Nirvana website.
August 4, 2008 Ryan Cooper has stolen the Nirvana Website"

Does this mean I should stick with Dr.Chronic or is ok to buy from there.

Also, can anyone tell me from experience whether I should buy Nirvana or Dr.Chronic if I live on the East Coast or does it not matter?

Im from holland and am sure nirvana is not a fake talking from experience.

The official site is Cannabis seeds straight from the breeder/seedbank NIRVANA - High Quality Hemp Seed - Indica Sativa Feminized Marijuana seeds.

But when i look at the prices Dr chronic sells them cheaper then nirvana them selves. So i would think the choice is easily made also allowing you too choose some other strains from other breeders for the same shipping costs!
