Nirvana seeds a little contradicting?

I was looking at strains at the Nirvana seed bank website and I looked at Snow White (here)
And I liked the strain. Then I took a look at the feminized seeds for the same strain and the makeup of it was completely different.

Are feminized seeds that much different then regular ones? The differences are the fact it says it's an outdoor grown seed in the regular strain while on the feminized seeds it says indoor. Also, the difficulty is different.

Those two websites have nearly no differences... I don't get what you're asking. Maybe I'm missing something.

Look at the "plant type", one says indoor the other says outdoor. Is this a dumb question? Also the grow difficulty is different.
